Shipping:

We ship 5 days a week from our warehouse located in Venlo, Netherlands. Shipment is to all countries in Eurpope.

Please note that Magic of I. is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for international deliveries outside of the EU – these are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

MOQ & Payment Terms:

Our MOQ (minimum order quantity) is €250 EUR.

All orders must be paid in full when placed.

Ordering:

Step 1. Make sure you've emailed us your wholesale application.

Step 2. We will review your application and send you an account activation email.

Step 3. Login to our new Wholesale Store

Step 4. Orders are then sent to us for approval, shipping added as per rates above or quoted and then resent to you for approval and payment.

If you are unsure of what to order, email us and we'll recommend product list for your area and store size and assist you with a manual order.

Pre-Orders:

We are a small indie business that self-publishes our products, therefore we often pre-sell a lot of our larger orders. Please check the product title to find out if it is on pre-order. You are permitted to list & sell any products in an outstanding order as a pre-order to your customers, as long as the order has been placed with us. You cannot pre-sell product you don't have on order.

Sometimes we will split ship your order so you receive what is available at time of order, this is at our discretion. Please don't be alarmed if only part of your order turns up, the remainder will ship when in stock.

MSRP

All MSRP pricing is available on our retail website. You must not sell below MSRP for pre-orders or items that are not on sale.

Advertising and Marketing

You can use product listing images from our website as well as product description content. We also have a folder of product images here for your use.

Please tag us on socials if you use any of our images. If you wish to use an image for anything other than promotional purposes, please be in touch for approval before use.

All Magic of I. products sold need to be clearly prefaced with "Magic of I." and use the correct product name in line with our website.

Please note we do not permit any advertising of our products on Google Ads. Meta ads are allowed.

Sales, Promotions & Give-Aways

You are welcome to sell at the MSRP, our sale price, or a price that works for your market and store. You are also free to host your own promotions and give-aways. Wholesale pricing discounts are off current store pricing and any sales or promotions we have do not apply to wholesale pricing (ie. other combined discount coupons).

If you want to use our product for any promotions that will greatly benefit Magic of I. products (and in turn help you sell more product!) we are often happy to help out and supply samples for competitions, give-aways and influencer gifts. Please contact us with your idea and proposal.
