November’s transits ask us to consider our identity in light of eclipse season revelations. Though the pressure to self-reinvent is palpable, this process cannot be rushed. Over the next four weeks, eschew greener pastures. Study what you are trying to escape. Examine whether you are running TOWARD an objective or AWAY from uncertainty.
November 2/3 – Sun opposite Jupiter: this transit bestows good fortune as a reward for past generosity, but our luck will be swiftly withdrawn if we let it go to our head. An occasion to be thankful *and* humble.
November 4 – Saturn is direct: the planet of discipline and maturity begins an eight-month forward march, during which time discernment and commitment to overcoming obstacles allow us to step into our authority.
November 8 – Venus enters Libra: Venus in domicile has us feeling comfortable, perhaps *too* comfortable, in love. The next four weeks support finding compromise within our relationships while avoiding traps of romantic insincerity and superficiality.
November 9/10 – Mercury enters Sagittarius: find the balance between teaching and preaching with messenger-planet in idealistic Sagittarius. Ponder the possibilities but weigh pipedreams against verified data.
November 13/14 – Sun opposite Uranus: breakthroughs and breakdowns arise during this annual transit, where opportunities come disguised as inconveniences.
November 22/23 – Sun enters Sagittarius: the coming month prizes self-discovery and exploration of the world around us. Where are we going? Who are we becoming? What is our vision of our future?
November 23/24 – Sun square Saturn: cheerful optimism is checked by cold, hard reality. Outside criticism can inspire a well-timed course correction, but we probably won’t escape without some bruising to our ego.
November 24/25 – Mars enters Sagittarius: the sky is the limit with ambitious Mars in adventurous Sagittarius, but idealistic conquests may be abandoned when they become too demanding
